In today’s evolving work environment, diversity is more than a nice-to-have – it’s a key driver of success.
Parents bring valuable skills from their unique life experiences to the workplace. The ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage crises, and show empathy are core leadership qualities that parents develop daily. Yet, these skills are often overlooked in the corporate world. By embracing this diversity, companies can build a more resilient workforce capable of handling the complexities of modern leadership. In this 45-minute webinar, Dr. Ricarda Engelmeier will demonstrate how parenting skills—such as negotiation, time management, and crisis resolution—can be directly applied to leadership roles. You will learn practical steps to transform these everyday skills into powerful leadership tools that enhance your effectiveness in the workplace
